Working in conjunction with Di Biase Filkoff Architects we have completed our project on a stone cottage nestled in the woods of Fairfield County, Connecticut. This project consisted of a full interior renovation while preserving the original stone exterior of the building. A new garage offers living space above to house more guests, and a new-two story sunroon/master bedroom addition overlooks the private pond in the backyard. Surely anyone staying in this new guest house will enjoy the peace and solitude it offers.

Renovation has begun on a stone cottage from the early 1920's. We previously worked with the architect and the clients on creating a fun, recreational space for them to enjoy in their private home. We were thrilled when they reached out to us with the idea of renovating this hidden cottage in Fairfield County, Connecticut. With steep roofs and ivy climbing the stone walls, this future guest home is straight out of a storybook.
After eight months the second phase of our project in Bedford hills, New York has come to an end. This project consisted of a full renovation to the master bathroom, kitchen, and living room; as well as construction of a new pool house. At the beginning of the job the clients set a deadline for Memorial day, and we couldn't blame them. Who wouldn't want to kick off the summer grilling and relaxing by their new pool house? Teamed up with an architectural firm based out of New York City, and a crew of sub-contractors we made the clients dream a reality.
